MVA in the Barlow Box

uly 26th, 01:31 hours. The Engine Rescue and Ambulance were dispatched to box 22-3, Mount Joy Township, at the intersection of Route 97 and Hoffman Home Road for an MVA reported with entrapment. The Ambulance arrived on scene within 5 minutes and confirmed dispatch, with the EQ just behind. Rescue 22 arrived to assist with patient removal and a chopper was requested by Command 22. Due to severe weather conditions, we could not get a chopper and 19A transported by ground to York Trauma center. Units on scene included 19A, EQ19, R22, 20A, and M28. Units cleared the scene within 1 hour.
