Units were dispatched at 14:39 hours for a possible structure fire in Box 19-6, Mount Pleasant Township. Chief 19 (Poland) marked on the air and was advised by the 911 center that they were receiving multiple calls on this, and it was reported to be a wood shop located to the rear of a detached residence. Chief 19 advised of a thermal column from 2 miles out and arrived to report a well off structure, and requested the first in Engine bring a 2 1/2 to side A of the fire building and a second line to the rear of the home to protect exposures. The fire was under control within minutes, but the garage suffered severe damage and 2 vintage John Deere tractors were lost in the fire. Units operating included, ET19, 19A, E1-1, R1, T33, E33-1 and ET29. The box went available at 16:24 hours.
