Units were dispatched for a single vehicle accident, with reports of the vehicle off the roadway, in the water, with possible entrapment. Engine Rescue 19 arrived within minutes to find the occupant confined to the vehicle but not under water, and units were held to Engine Rescue 19, ambulance 19A and Ambulance 20A. Units returned to service within 25 minutes.
